Since our products are special orders created just for you, all payments are made in advance to confirm your order. Once we receive your payment, we'll start crafting your unique Hallestam product with love and care.

To complete your payment, you have two options:

1. You can make a direct bank transfer.

2. Or, if you have access to the Swedish system "Swish," you can choose to pay through Swish.

No matter which option you choose, we'll provide you with all the necessary information to make your payment smoothly.

If your order needs to be shipped, the shipping cost will be covered by you, the customer. However, for those located along the Costa del Sol in Spain, we offer free home delivery between Estepona and Nerja

Return/Refund Policy

All products sold from Hallestam.com are special custom-made products, produced up on request. This means that we can´t provide the right of withdrawal or a return policy for items that are specifically created for you. Once you confirm your order for one or more custom-made items, we immediately begin the process of sourcing the necessary materials and dedicate many hours of care, time, and love to craft your products according to your requests.

To secure your custom order, payment is required upon confirmation. Up until your payment is done you are free to cancel your order at any time.

We strive to provide detailed descriptions of our products, and the colors in our photos are unedited. However, please keep in mind that slight color variations may occur depending on the screen you are viewing from and the lights when the photos where taken.

According to the Swedish law:

When you shop online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It is stated in the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. The law is binding and applies regardless of what the company says or writes in its terms and conditions.

But there are some exceptions when you can't undo it:

• A custom-made item that has been manufactured based on your description.

We strive to deliver your handmade, unique product as soon as possible, but we kindly ask for your patience as we take the time needed to lovingly craft your Hallestam piece by hand. The delivery time can vary depending on the product selected and the number of orders currently in the queue.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods, such as Valentine's Day or Christmas for example, demand can be especially high, so it's best to place your order well in advance. We will always provide a more precise delivery estimate when you make your inquiry or order request.
